Unfortunately, on January 23, 2016, John O. Roark, an immensely experienced attorney with our firm, passed away at the age of 75. Photo of John O. Roark

This is sad on so many levels, as Roark was a tremendous legal advocate for the people of Central Texas. He was a was a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the American Board of Trial Advocates and a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, as well as a municipal court judge.

For more information about Roark’s life, you can read his family approved obituary by clicking here. Roark had many interests outside of law. He was longtime supporter of the Texas Horsemen’s Partnership Chairman and National Horsemen’s Benevolent and Protective Association (NHBPA).

We will always be honored that Roark worked with our firm and forever grateful to have him in our lives.
