All over the United States, oil companies are in the business of fracking for oil. You say, “Well what is fracking and how does it affect me?” There are a lot of studies out right that tell us that fracking does not affect the water table. I don’t know. I don’t want to get in an argument right now but I’m telling you, there are some people that say they pump over 230 different kinds of chemicals. Now the oil companies say, “Oh no, only 114 different kinds of chemicals.” Well even 114 kinds of chemicals is still concerning to me. Let me tell you what I am worried about. One of these oil wells takes over 180 semi loads of materials before it’s fracked. That means in your community if there’s a well being fracked, that 180 semis are going to be on the road near your family and they are not always the safest drivers and they don’t always have the safest equipment and they don’t always check their trucks in the safest manner. Ladies and Gentlemen, this is a recipe for disaster. In fact, I know it is because I’ve been involved in some of those claims. It is darn right ridiculous. It is disheartening. It is sad at the way some of those companies value profit over people. If something like this has happened to you in your community, give us a call at Cappolino, Dodd, and Krebs at 1-800-460-0606.
